Cold Ghost ships via Australia Post. If Australia Post does not ship to your location we will look into an alternative and discuss any changes to the postage and handling fee.

Once your order is shipped you should receive a confirmation including your tracking number to the email provided. If for some reason you do not this receive please get in touch.

Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days, the delivery time will be dictated by your location and the shipping location.

Typically estimated delivery times are 3-6 business days for orders within Australia and approximately 14 days for international orders.
Return Policy: I want everyone to be happy with their purchase! If any items in your order have been damaged, are faulty or not as described then I am happy to organise an exchange.

The exchange process works as follows:

Order number
Name and address details
Description of the item(s) and fault(s)

If the item is no longer in stock please let me know and I can arrange for a refund.
